I am Pauline Dunleavy, a native of West Clare, and I consider myself very fortunate to have lived my life on the peninsula, bordered on one side by the majestic River Shannon and on the other by the powerful Atlantic Ocean.

My artworks are informed by the changing seasons, and this is reflected both in my landscapes and seascapes. I draw inspiration from time spent outdoors and my unique ability to identify beauty in the ordinary scenes around me.
Versatility
My versatility as an artist is represented by my use of different media, including oils, acrylics, watercolors, and more recently, encaustic.
I started exhibiting my paintings in my Gallery and Craft Shop at Anchor Crafts, Kilrush. Over time, I have developed a vibrant, distinctive style, enhanced by attending art courses at various centers in Ireland, France, Italy, and America. I am very generous in sharing my expertise and encourage others to explore the wonderful world of art. As a dynamic member of Kilrush Art Group, I also serve as a coordinator.
